TACKLE FOOTBALL 2026
- Evaluations to begin in May.
- Players will use this opportunity to complete their safe tackle requirements and be evaluated for their age group.
- All players will be given equal opportunity to show their skills.
- Teams and positions will be choosen late June 2026.
- All required equipment is supplied by Kemptville Minor Football Club other than a girdle, cleats, a mouthguard and water bottle.
- Girdles, Cleats (football or soccer cleats are acceptable) and Mouthguards are MANDATORY.
- Players will have 1 x 2hour evaluation, every week for 5 weeks.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Evaluations are primarily to assess numbers and talent, rather than making cuts. We're planning to take maximum numbers per team. Should our numbers exceed maximums, players will be released at the end of the evaluation period.
- Following evaluations, practices will begin the second week of July. Games will run from mid August through October. Playoffs will finish in early November.

FEES
Club Fees: U10 $400 / U12 $425 / U14 $475 / U16 $500
(this includes Tackle Evaluations, Tackle Season Fee and Equipment)
Football Ontario Fee: $27.00
Football Canada Fee: $15.00
EQUIPMENT
All required equipment is supplied by Kemptville Minor Football Club other

REFUND POLICY
- A refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be issued if a player withdraws before participating in the Evaluation process.
- The KMFC Jaguars will not issue a refund for third party fees as outlined below:
- $27.00 - 2026 Football Ontario Contact Player Membership Fee
- $15.00 - 2026 Football Canada Tackle Membership Fee
- Any TeamLinkt Transaction/Credit Card Fee
- No refunds will be issued once Evaluations begin.
- Should a player be released at the end of Evaluations,
the Tackle Season Fee will be refunded

EVALUATION SCHEDULE
U10: Tuesdays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
(May 26, June 2, 9, 16 at North Grenville District High School Field, June 23 at the College Field)
U12: Thursdays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
(May 28, June 4, 11, 18 at North Grenville District High School Field, June 25 at the College Field)
U14/U16: Fridays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
(May 29, June 5, 12, 19 at North Grenville District High School Field, June 26 at the College Field)

PROOF OF AGE AND RESIDENCY
To complete your registration, you will need to upload images of three documents to fulfill NCAFA age and residence requirements.
Per NCAFA policy, you will need one of the following accepted proof of age documents: a birth certificate,
baptismal certificate, passport, provincial health card, citizenship card, driver’s license, legal affidavit or letter from the players school
(on original letterhead specifying birth date and current age of player as of the date of the letter)
